Le Present offers shipping with premium carriers. Unfortunately, we do not ship on the weekend or bank holidays, and your order will be taken care of the next working day.

Duties & Taxes
The import duty for countries outside Europe is not included in the products price. As a customer you will be responsible for import duties and taxes that may be applied in your destination country. Please note that, unfortunately, we don't have possibility to check customs costs for each country.

Return Policy
Online store “lepresent.es” allows you to return your order within 2 weeks from the date of purchase.
YOU CAN RETURN YOUR ORDER IN THE FOLLOWING CASES:
Size, style, color and length are not right to you.
The color of the received thing is different from color of model from the photo on the site.
The order has been completed incorrectly.
Items have some defect or flaw.
In case of incorrect order picking or the presence of a defect, we will pay the cost of return courier delivery service. You will receive your money back within 5-7 working days after the order is received at the shop.
Please note that items are taken back only in complete set, with all packaging and labels, in the commercial presentation.
RETURNING THE PURCHASE BY THE CUSTOMER
You can return the non-approached goods to our boutique yourself. If the goods do not fit, you can return it by yourself to our shop.
Products should not show signs of wear. Also, all accessories, tags and packaging materials that come with the goods must be returned. Item cannot be returned incomplete.

Refund of money assets is done as follows:
To the bank card from which payment was made.
Bank transfer to the account.
CASHLESS SETTLEMENT
When refunding money by bank transfer, send a letter to the e-mail refunds@lepresent.es with the subject "Return" and the following information:
The completed application for return of goods (We will send you the Application form to your e-mail).
For returning the money to the client’s bank account, it is necessary to know:
BENEFICIARY NAME / Name of the customer (recipient)
Address / Full address
Account No. IBAN / Full account (for example: IT 74 Z 05387 23905 000 000 007 827, this is the account that starts with the two letters of the country IT, FR, etc.)
SWIFT BIC / Swift (for example: BPMOIT22XXX)
Money is transferred if there are all the above-mentioned data.
Please note that the bank details must be in the name of the customer.
Money is returned from the moment of receipt of the items in the shop.
The term of transferring money to the buyer's account depends on the internal regulations of the bank-addressee.
