Prices and currency applied to items may differ depending on the country and region the order is being shipped to.

Payment Method

Le Present accepts payment via MasterCard, Visa, AmEx, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Alipay.

For Spain we also offer iDeal and Bancontact.

Please note, only one payment method can be accepted per transaction.

Payment process

Once an order has been placed, the sum allocated for this purchase will be temporarily on hold - this is the standard pre-authorization period. While this is not an official charge, it is a step towards ensuring there are sufficient funds in the account to successfully complete the transaction.

The amount for the purchase will be officially deducted from your account once the order has been confirmed. 

In case you want to cancel the order, we will immediately return the funds. Please note that your bank may require additional time to allocate the funds back into the account.
